  1. Review titled Excellent family first appointment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Changed over to this dentist as my children’s NHS dentist left previous surgery. Cavendish Dental Practice accepted both children as NHS and I moved over still as a private patient. We got in straight away for checks as a family. The dentist and dental assistant were very kind and reassuring, explaining everything clearly with respect and clarity. Reception staff extremely helpful. I’m certainly glad I made the move.

  2. Review titled Poor practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

I was removed from list for missing 2 appts in 3 years, I requested to speak to Practice manager to discuss, she was not available, I asked for email to send my appeal details, was advised she has no time to read emails. I was requested to write a letter, I find it difficult to believe a practice manager does not have an email

I am sorry that you found the need to write a review online rather than a letter to myself as requested by our reception team. Unfortunately the reason I do not accept appeal letters via email is nothing to do with not having the time to read them. We as a practice have taken the decision to ask for hand written/typed letters for record keeping purposes. If you would still like me to address your appeal then, please do not hesitate to contact me. Caroline Reynolds (Practice Manager)
