New NHS family of 4 Not happy. Adults appointments cancelled three times now, March 2023 is the soonest time, I am more worried for my two son’s health for their teeth, they also have had all their planned appointments cancelled. One was cancelled at 16:30 via text the night before so I called them and no answer baring in mind they close at 5:30! That are also very hard to speak to!!!. They have a duty of care, we pay for this service yet all dentists have failed us. Just to get my son’s seen is all I ask for

Appointments get cancelled without any reason and then they don't answer their phone when trying to book a new appointment. Somebody should remind these people that if they didn't have patients they wouldn't have jobs and they should get a proper practice manager on board to make sure that patients get good service
