Hygienist was very accommodating as I could not been seen on the day due to a cold sore, she made sure I got another appointment I a few weeks time even though she is very busy.

Family check up, dentist was very nice and gave lots of helpful information. She was very good with all of my children. Explained what she was doing and why.

I never look forward to going for a check up, however, I was made to feel very comfortable, put at ease by the friendly dentist and I was given information about how to care for my teeth and personal healthcare that could affect my teeth. I was very happy with the service today. Thankyou

Excellent care and acknowledgment of my fears. Both nurses and dentist were thoughtful and did everything to put me at ease. Full explanation given in regard to dental care, potential issues, options and respected my choices.

Always a friendly greeting at the desk when you enter... The dentist really had time for me never rushing, caring and understanding giving advise but letting you make your own decisions.

Got there pretty much on time. and then had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. When I went in not an apology, nothing. I told him I had waited 25 minutes and he then apologized and said he had an emergency. I understand these things happen, but I know for a fact he went downstairs for a good while. He certainly wasnt treating anyone. Can the receptionists please tell us that they are running late? I did apologize to the dentist afterwards for being a bit surly but I had gone through a pretty awful weekend.

It was painless and the dentist was very efficient as was the assistant who managed the control of excess water extremely well. Very impressed with the service.
