Such lively receptionist very welcoming also my dentist. she knows i’m a nervous patient and she ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable and also explains everything that she’s doing and she will take a break with me if needs be

Friendly hygienist good advice and did a lovely sparky job of cleaning my teeth. I was sceptical before but she cleaned them without pain and did a great job.

The professionalism and guidance on the procedure I was under going and the care taken in making me comfortable and clearing up any questions I had . The surgery itself was done very efficiently and every care was taken that to ensure I suffered no pain This is the 2nd appointment I have had with my new dentist and i am very impressed ,I was originally guided towards the hospital by my previous dentist for the extraction which ensued a long waiting list so am very pleased I have not had to take that route. It’s a 10/10 for me

My dentist was extremely helpful & understanding about my nerves during visit for a filling today. Talked me through calming breathing exercises whilst doing the anaesthetic. Definitely my most positive experience so far with any dentist. Her check ups are quick but good, but allows you to ask questions if needed.

The dentist is meant to open at 8am I was stood outside from 8.25 I rang the door bell it doesn’t work, the phones stated they weren’t open yet at 8.30 then they were on again I was continuously calling for 7 minutes and eventually let in at 8.38 for my 8.30 appointment. Prices have suddenly gone up without warning, especially as last appointment cancelled which I had already waited 9 months for and 5 months later managed to get another one. And then expected to pay for half next one up front! Would of nice to have been credited for the wasted time and petrol for my last cancellation which I had already driven to when it was cancelled by text message with no attempt to rebook it

The hygienist was extremely helpful and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She gave me lots of good tips on how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. I would definitely recommend her as she was so lovely - 5*

The quick response on giving me an emergency appointment (same day) and the dentist was totally understanding when I explained I suffer with panic attack and would likely be having one when in the chair, she listened to what I would need and checked on me throughout my time in the chair, lovely lady but I didn’t get her name (didn’t have a panic attack in the end)
