The dentist was professional and informative however it was a huge disappointment to learn we are loosing yet another NHS dentist!

I was seen straight away. The dentist spoke clearly and slowly and was familiar with my dental history, although l had not seen her before. The desk staff were helpful and polite.

The Receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. My Dentist was professional and kind. She explained the problems I have so I could make a decision regarding treatment.

I needed an appointment as I had chipped a tooth although I wasn’t in pain just discomfort. The receptionist was very understanding and gave me the next available routine appointment. Even though this was 10 days later I was grateful to accept and was told to ring in if the discomfort became pain. I managed until my appointment, was treated promptly and am very happy with the treatment and service - thank you

Receptiomist friendly. Concerns over future care and appointments as unable to book next appoinrmemt. Future of practice seems to be very vague, worryingly so.
