For the first time I didn’t get good service that I’ve always had previously at this practice. A Temporary dentist who lacked any warmth and felt just wanted me out asap. Reception team always seem friendly..

I have had wonderful dental work done over a period of time. My dentist was very informative throughout. Extremely knowledgeable, calm which made every procedure a positive experience. My smile is back which has truly changed my life. I can’t thank the dentist and the dental nurse enough. Not forgetting the warm welcome from every receptionist which I have been greeted quite frequently recently. You are all amazing. Thank you.

The checkup was very good as usual, but reception were less than helpful with providing information about your change of NHS status, which I’ve only just learned about … no letter

First time have needed urgent appointment. Shame could not be NHS and so needed to be private. Next day appointment for filling and done painlessly in 30 mins. Great service. Although did cost £110

Friendly, cheerful receptionists Had tooth trouble so came in. Left the practice with the exact same issue / level of discomfort so not thrilled. I shall revisit the issue at my check up...

The dentists are really understanding and take great care of patients with concerns about sensitive teeth! They always see you within reasonable time of an appointment too which reduces anxious waiting around listening to high pitched drilling!! Thanks go to all the team.?

I arrived early and was actually seen before appointment time, quickly and effectively assessed unfortunately 2fillings 1 extraction needed only negative won’t be completed till 2/1/24, understand how busy just hope extraction doesn’t worsen.
