The information provide by my dentist was excellent telling me at each stage what she was going to do. The care in completing my procedure was first class and totally painless with great customer service at the end taking time in explaining the cost of my treatment.

I had an issue following, but not associated with, root canal treatment and I was about to go on holiday. Worried that I might have a problem in Canada I sought help and was given an emergency appointment. (not easy these days) The dentist got straight to it and did some remedial work on my infected tooth which needs to be removed. I was given a course of antibiotics and advised to make an appointment for an extraction. Sympathetic, helpful, and efficient. Thank you Tewkesbury House Dental!

I feel that I have been seen for less than 5 mins but I need to pay near £200. Although the fee is covered in a follow up treatment, I am not really happy with the payment in advance. I always required to pay after treatment, not in advance.

Nobody like’s going to the Dentist, but when I do as I did today for a tooth extraction, I always find, a real caring approach, both with Dentist and reception staff. Healthy, open communication, always providing the care I need, when I need it and care about my comfort and safety. Thank you.

Went in with a continued problem with tooth to be told the tooth with decay couldn’t be sorted because it would have to be done with just a check up appointment which they are unable to do for the foreseeable so may lose yet another tooth because people like me cannot afford private care

The care and attention of the dentist, I am a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists, despite working as a dental receptionist. I Need treatment, but totally trust the dentist.

  8. Review titled Used to be good

When I started attending this dental practice I was very happy with it. But then the dentist we regularly saw was unavailable for a prolonged period of time and we were allocated a new dentist who was rude, informed us that breastfeeding our child at night would ruin their teeth and even made me cry during one appointment. We have since refused to see this dentist, however the surgery continuously reallocates us to this person. I am led to believe that this is because the majority of dentists have left and they only have 2 on their books. Our check-ups have all been cancelled and we are unable to book new ones in at all. It seems almost pointless being on their books, yet we cannot go anywhere else as no other local NHS dentist is taking on patients.
