Lovely team who are so friendly and make you feel at ease with good advice on treatment required, with clear explanations . Excellent service. I attended for assessment for forthcoming treatment and it was explained to me what the options were.

I have been going to taw valley since I can remember when I was very little and highly recommend! They are a wonderful team, so polite and very welcoming! They are all so lovely and give the best advice!

I am a nervous patient, I am always put at ease , the practice is welcoming, friendly and I am treated with the upmost respect. The dental treatment I received explained and puts me at ease, I feel I'm in control of my dental care today. I would definitely highly recommend this dental practice. There was products that were recommended to me to help maintain my dental care. I arrived for my appointment and didn't have to wait to be seen. They reminded me about the upcoming and coming appointments by phone/email. I can't fault them at all. Thank you Taw Valley dental practice.

I visited Taw Valley Dental Care yesterday for my appointment. The service I received was excellent, you are put at ease from the moment you enter the surgery. Although it was a routine check up the procedure was explained fully and carried out with no issues. The dentist also discussed other lifestyle factors in relation to dental health which I found beneficial. The whole experience provided was friendly and professional, as it has always been. Hopefully they will remain my dentist for many years to come!

I brought my 2 year old daughter to the dentist yesterday and she had a wonderful experience. The dentist and dental nurse were really reassuring, the reception area and practice manager were really lovely and it was a great all round experience. She even got a balloon and a sticker and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Taw Valley Dental Care 😊

I recently visited Taw Valley Dental Practice with my children but we have been visiting regularly for years, and I couldn't be more impressed. The entire team, from the reception staff to the dentists, exuded professionalism and calmness that instantly put my kids at ease. The admin staff were not only polite but incredibly efficient, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The way they handled everything with such care and patience was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Taw Valley Dental and i feel very lucky to have access to a highly professional team.

After having a bad experience at a previous dentist and requiring a big procedure I was extremely nervous when I first came to Taw Valley dental practice. I was told in detail what would be happening which completely put me as ease as I knew what to expect. Very kind and reassuring staff and I don’t feel nervous at all about returning. Going to the Taw Valley Dental Care practise is a positive experience. A well-organised and well-run practice with capable & friendly staff results in effective and timely treatment. As well as routine check-ups over the years the practice dealt with my broken tooth at short notice - thanks a lot, Gerald.

The service is impeccable from repeat appointment booking, to reminders, to friendly and professional experience in the clinic. They were incredible with my little toddler, who enjoyed playing with the toys, and receiving his sticker and balloon after. The reception service is exceptional. The dentist was gentle and kind with my son and he was well at ease having his examination. My treatment and advice was thorough and I was pleased to see evidence of other health and lifestyle factors being discussed with regards to dental health.
