The overall experience was amazing, all the staff was friendly and made it enjoyable while there under the circumstances of having a tooth out they really made you feel at ease!

The dentist we was seen by was lovely. She was really good with my son who has a real fear of dentist. She put him at ease straight away.

Nothing stood out for me. I was advice I will be transfered to a specialist NHS hospital after accessment and an X-tray was done. Yesterday made it two weeks, I have been working,talking, eating with a broken teeth and bleeding gum. This is so unfair.

The receptionist was lovely and so helpful but unfortunately was let down by the dentist….she judged me straight away she made me feel like something she stepped in, her tone of voice was abrupt and how she spoke to me she was vile if I was offered this sevice again I would refuse I would rather be in pain. I’ve come across some rude horrible people in my time but wow she shouldn’t work with people and she really lets you’re dental surgery down!!! She was that awful I am taking the matter further. I have used this dental practice before and found everyone polite and helpful but there’s always one bad apple I can only imagine how she treats her colleagues

I hate dentists I was very nervous about coming. But the dentist I had was very kind and caring. He took his time to explain everything to me without rushing. I’ve never been to a dentist and had such a good experience! So thank you.

This is not my usual dental practice but I was seen on a Sunday as an emergency patient. Treated with care and respect. Very grateful for treatment.
