Please thank the ladies who worked on me, my pain has gone, I’m over the moon, so professional and reassuring, can’t thank enough. Everyone, even the receptionists are fantastic. Thanks for seeing me today.

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Dentist give me all the info before my tooth removal and was professional in his approach. Fast and effective service . Thank you

The dentist was lovely. Clearly explained my options and what would happen. Reassured me throughout the process and was really friendly :)

I went through 111 due to a broken teeth with a feeling which was causing me pain and very swollen gums around the area. The dentist asked me just what I wanted to do, did not advise me anything regarding the issue. Did not try to give me any information or option to save the tooth and proceed to the extraction to which I agreed after being in pain and thinking that may cause me further problems with my teeth. I had the anaesthetic injections but the dentist did not wait at all for them to work which resulted myself feeling everything and being in the most terrible pain I’ve ever experienced. The extraction was not successful and he left the roots behind and told me that was impossible for him to remove them therefore referred me somewhere else and said they will call me. I felt being rushed as the appointment lasted around 20 min. After going home with a gaze and instructions written in a paper of what to do afterwards I experienced even more pain, unable to eat and speak which is understandable. After self medicating and having a hard week I feel a little bit better but still having issues and still waiting for the referral to call me which will cause another week of pain when the roots will be removed. This is my personal experience which I never wish anyone as brings me in tears. Unfortunately the only way in this country to have dental care is going private which is expensive in these hard days for everyone.

All the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. They were very professional and courteous and took great care with my treatment. I would highly recommend this dental practice

Excellent service. All staff very friendly and helpful. The dentist talked me through everything what he was doing and checked I was okay the time time made the extraction very easy and stress free. Thank you.

Very pleased to be given an appointment in the morning and have the tooth sorted out that evening. The dentist was excellent , put me at ease and performed the extraction quickly and with the minimum disscomfort or fuss, great staff all round
