The dentist was lovely reasured me everything would be fine as i am petrified of dentists and these made me as comfortable as they could talked me throug everything even reminded me to breath when i started to panic

Im absolutely terrified of the dentist i attended yesterday shaking and panicking after being told i need a tooth out. The blonde lady dentist was amazing i cant thank her enough even though i was a mess she was so good with me. all done within 10 minutes.. to say after all these years of being scared not going for check ups. i will happily attend the dentist now. Thank you broomhill dental practice ?????

The reception were very friendly on my visit today, I wasn’t sat long as I came early. The dentist herself she was great, she’s good with you through treatment and gives you dental advice to take I also wasn’t in long would visit again .

Friendly welcoming people, while the treatment was been carried out, it was been explained to me what was been done and very pleased with the outcome of the treatment

Dentist was running late as was too busy in the staff room chatting, the receptionist had to go and get the dentist out the staff room to see patients.

The kindness of the nurses and dentist . How quick we were seen . We were spoken to with respect and compassion. And extremely helpful.

Referred to Broomhill as a result of phoning NHS an emergency 111. Phoned in the morning and seen in the evening. Tooth that had been giving me pain for a few days extracted. This review written the following morning. Had a headache which is now beginning to subside. The bleeding seeems to have stopped. Hopefully should be back to normal quite soon,

The staffs understanding and sympathy. While the issue i faced was relatively minor compared to other patients. My phobia of dentists caused me to be very stressed and anxious, the dentists took the time to talk me through what they were doing and made me feel at ease. They were clear in their explanations and offered plenty of advice.
