As always, the staff at Swaleclifffe Dental Centre are very friendly and helpful. I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience is because the heavy door is not friendly to old people. I was lucky that my Carer was with me on this occasion. There is also nothing to read and no water fountain. Shame for such nice little place.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apologise that you found the door very difficult. We have had a door bell fitted to the right of the front door so anyone can request assistance on arrival. The door closer has also been adjusted. We do not supply reading material, but will print on request any information about your treatment. This is helping towards a more sustainable future. Water is always available, there is a notice at reception to ask any team member and they will bring you some. After a review of our infection control policy the dispenser was relocated. Thank you for raising your concerns and helping us improve our service. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

The dental practice was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and carried out my procedure in a very professional manner, explaining everything clearly to me and resolving my issue quickly.

I consider myself very fortunate to be a NHS patient at this practice. I get a friendly welcome from reception to treatment. I have, in the past, been very nervous attending the dentist, but not here.

In this day and age, service to clients is not at the top of the tree, however, Swalecliffe Dental Centre can prove they have a very good customer relationship which is very comforting when you have a degree of tension when visiting a Dentist.

Hi When ever I go to the Swalecliffe practice they are always very welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault the team there nothing is too much trouble. You never have to wait too long to be seen The treatment I have received there is delivered with such calm,I don't feel like I am at the dentist, then suddenly your teeth are fixed and you are on your way home

I'm a very nervous patient and had to visit the hygienist for the very first time. She was very understanding and caring and talked me through everything she was doing. I came away feeling incredibly happy but also very relaxed because of the service I received. For me to trust a dentist is very important and if I have to visit her again hopefully I won't be so anxious.

I rang at 9.30 got an appointment for 10.00 I was seen at 10.00 promptly. I am a very nervous,and anxious patient. The dentist and the dental nurse were very understanding. When I dissolved in to tears they were very kind and made me feel that things weren't as bad as I was imagining. Would highly recommend

i attended yesterday,and was once again treated with the utmost concern & politeness by the staff i came into contact with. a credit to their business & i have been to many surgeries over the years ( i am 75 ) and this is by far the best one.

From the very welcoming receptionist in the extremely clean and tidy entrance area to the treatment given by both dentist and dental nurse, all in all a pleasant experience. Not something one always associates with a trip to the dentist!
