Little bit disappointed to be honest, I called up requesting to join this practice and was told that they will be taking on adult NHS patients for the foreseeable future which I find a bit disheartening as its so local. I was then told if you have a look on the NHS website there are other Practices that will take you on, I have since checked this and there are no dental practices within Swadlincote taking on. I did say I don't mind waiting or being put on a waiting list but I was told that there is no waiting list.

Attended an appointment after being told over the phone by reception staff that the referral had been declined, only to find out this was not the case from the dentist, wasting his time and ours.

On time and hygienist and assistant were brilliant in my treatment and also very pleasant and polite. Girls on reception also pleasant and polite, new appointment made for 6 month's time.

Had an issue with tooth, giving toothache. Were very helpful, getting me in the same morning, and the dentist explained everything very well, giving clear choices

I have very sensitive teeth & the understanding from the hygienist was wonderful. The treatment was also tailored to my needs so the whole experience wasn’t painful & gives me faith to come back. The lady was superb

Receptionists know us by sight and are friendly. Dentist is very thorough and both dental assistant and dentist were friendly and polite.

Very poor manners, didn’t communicate what my options was ,very abrupt and was rushed had no time for me at all will not be using this service again, paid £70 for a filling which was a flat filling just to cover the whole and it wasn’t built up, to then be told it would not last till the next day, do you think this is a good service to offer?
