Clean and modern. Friendly reception. Dentist made me feel at ease. Good advice on oral hygiene. Overall best practice I've visited and will continue to do so.

The practice environment is welcoming , well run and efficient . The Staff have the skill and experience to relax their patients. The Dental Care is first class not only in the actual work carried out but also in educating their patients into better oral hygiene . I strongly recommend Studental Dental Care.

These days, it's not always easy to register with a dentist for NHS treatment and get an appointment. Fortunately, I have always had a good experience with Studental/Damira. A few months ago I had a very good session with the dental hygienist, and this week I saw a dentist for a thorough check-up. I was offered a dental X-ray too, but I decided to postpone this because I had already had several other X-Ray scans in the past year. Unfortunately, every time I go to this dental practice, I seem to be treated by a different dentist, so there's no feeling of continuity - but apart from this, I have no complaints.

They're so friendly and really make you feel relaxed. I've had some bad experiences in the past but this practice makes me feel calm and confident that I'll be treated with kindness and respect.

My first appointment got cancelled due to the staff's personal circumstance. They gave me a new slot quickly. The second appointment was not good--I had to leave after waiting for 30 min after the scheduled time because I was getting late for my next engagement. They gave me a new slot again, for two days later which was good. The treatment was fine. I have been a long-time patient since they were Studental, and I am happy with the treatments I have received.

I've visited Damira practice twice for one diagnosed problem - pain in a back molar which has lasted several weeks, with a strong suspicion that the cause is a crack in the tooth and/or root. I've also attended an emergency clinic at a different practice over one weekend, and the dentist there concurred with the diagnosis. All three dentists have agreed that the tooth needs to be removed, and I have paid 3x the basic NHS fee to be told this by three different dentists at three different appointments. At the second and third appointments, neither dentist was prepared to remove the tooth due to lack of time, and I have been told to make a 4th appointment. The receptionist told me the earliest appointment available is in November, 7 weeks after the third appointment. The practice clearly needs more dentists, as to be in pain this long is physically and mentally exhausting. I don't know what to do.

Have used this practice (formerly Studental) for a number of years. I have always received excellent treatment. Due to the shortage of NHS dentist, it has become very busy, resulting in longer wait for appointments.
