Dentist not especially gentle when examining my mouth. Despite no major issues and taking care of my teeth, I came away feeling like I had done a poor job of looking after them due to the pessimistic tone they took. I couldn't help wondering if this is a sales tactic. This was reinforced by the extra charge of £40 for a minor bit of cleaning that always used to be a free part of the NHS check up (I have never been charged for that before).

Seen on time. Staff friendly and helpful. No treatment needed! The dentist took time to explain his diagnosis and pointed out areas of possible concern and suggested ways in which I could maintain good dental health. In all a reassuring visit from a very professional and friendly practice

This was my second appointment in a month and I have nothing bad to safe. The practice is time efficient and I have always been seen a couple of minutes early prior to my appointment time. The dentist was polite friendly and made me feel at ease. He explained everything he was going to do and ensured I understood. Throughout the treatment he continually checked I was ok and if I needed anything. Would highly recommend this practice no issues.

Always a good experience with the dentist but I am uncomfortable about the upselling since the change of management here. I am an NHS patient as a pensioner on a fixed income and would like to have the NHS options explained first.

Had a large back tooth extracted. The process was clearly explained. It was skilfully carried out so there was minimal damage done to surrounding tissue, and very little pain afterwards.

I have switched NHS dentists a couple of times by not returning to them after a treatment. My current clinic is clean, punctual and professional from the moment I walk in, and at the dentist chair, I am very pleased with the care and the attention given to me whilst being treated often painless and with good results. Do not go anywhere else.
