The welcome, dentist's considerate and understanding attitude also his professionalism. His assistant had a kind attitude too with a warm smile. Really helped in encouraging me to be at ease .

The Dentist and Dental Nurse were both brilliant with my daughter who is on the autism spectrum. She finds dental appointments quite stressful and they both put her at ease and took time to talk with her and make her comfortable, thank you!!

Dentist was great at explaining what he was doing, what the problem was and the next step of this didn’t work as I have had an ongoing problem with one filling, really happy with treatment

During a prolonged and difficult extraction of my wisdom tooth, I found the professionalism and calming nature of the dentist and assistants was outstanding, which helped me through quite a traumatic procedure.

Kept well informed of my appointment, friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, dentist was excellent, fully informing me about my procedure and ensuring that I was kept comfortable at all times.

The ease of the appointment and the friendliness of the staff. The dentists does her job well and never hurts or yanks your mouth.

The dentist was very efficient in dealing with the very difficult fitting of a crown as my tooth had been cracked on the gum line.

The dentist i saw on Friday was so kind and gentle. He told me every step throughout my visit and treatment what was happening. Yhis pit me totally at ease and i was very relaxed through it all

The dentist had a lovely manner. I was surprised, however, that a general polish was not given, as this has always been done as part of a check-up appointment. I was told that I didn’t need one, but that if I wanted , I could book a separate appointment with the hygienist. I wonder if this is a money making ploy that the practice has taken on.. Also, why now 12 months rather than 6 between check up appointments?
