Being very nervous I was very pleased to find the dentist very gentle and sympathetic. Informed me of all procedures. Receptionist very helpful. I would highly recommend the practice.

I am always slightly apprehensive when I have to visit a new Dentist ...(my previous one had left the practice ) . I was elated to find my new dentist is as great as my last . Injections were totally pain free as were the two fillings ( one was large & deep ) . I now know I can relax ,safe in the hands of my new favourite person .

Always a bit nervous about dentists. Very happy with the relaxed , friendly welcome by all the staff. Dentist informative during treatment, with a caring approach, making sure you are comfortable.

Welcoming, The Dentist explained the procedure, gave general advice and always checked if I was okay during the Dental procedure.

The new online booking system and friendly competent staff and Dentists make this as painless an experience as possible. My physical checkup was comfortable and complemented by X-Ray images, so I expect they can keep a good check on my dental health and anticipate many future issues.

I took my Mum who is in her 90's and currently wheelchair bound She needed a check up and had toothache so required an x-ray The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful she offered to open a rear gate to allow me easier access with the wheelchair, patiently waited in the cold whilst I wheeled Mum around and then arranged everything for us in the surgery. She did the same as we exited. The dentist and nurse were also very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with the chair to assist Mum onto the treatment bed and the dentist was careful and considerate throughout giving Mum all the time she needed, explaining her diagnosis to us both and gently providing the minor treatment Mum needed. Mum is usually very anxious at the dentist but this visit was an anxiety free experience with Mum put at her ease. I was very impressed and appreciative of the way we were treated throughout. Highly recommended - thankyou

Visit was for consultation and options explained to me. There was also follow up by email explaining the options and costs in full. All done in a friendly and professional manner.
