Pleasant reception staff, clean waiting area. Greeted and escorted to room by dentist who introduced herself as covering for usual dentist who is on maternity leave. Dentist friendly, encouraging and reassuring…I’m a nervous patient!

I had my annual check up which was very quick and easy. The dentist also removed some built up plaque off some teeth while i was there and offered to do a clean. Very happy with the service!

As usual, the practice have been very helpful and accommodating in terms of finding appointment times that fit with our schedule. Reminders are communicated in good time and we can fill in the forms remotely before attending so that the visit is short and sweet. Lovely staff all round and great service.

I found the dentist very informative and professional making me relaxed.He gave me good advice and it was taken on board,he did a thorough job of inspection and cleaned and scraped my teeth better I’ve had them done than several years.

I have always been told that I needed the plaque removing and it has always been carried out at the examination stage, for 50 years. At a 6 month examination appointment, last month, nothing was done, barring an inspection. I returned due to sore gums, and had only the top teeth cleaned. I had to pay the first band rate for both appointments which I felt was very wrong, as it should have been carried out in the first place, in my opinion. I am very concerned about the plaque building up, as my gums are prone to inflammation.

I had a chipped tooth at the back where a filling had become loose and pulled sone of the tooth away. I got in the next day and the filling was rebuilt very quickly and easily. Really impressed!
