Thank you so much. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The dentist and nurse were really patient with me. The treatment was brilliant no problems afterwards and a thorough check whilst repairing.

The examination was professional. The problems started when I tried to book another appointment. The dentist told me to book for 6 months but when I went to reception I was told that they were not taking bookings and that they would contact me when appointments became available. I tried to find out why but was blanked. I don’t see why reception overrules the will of the dentist or why if they are busy appointments cannot be made further in advance.

I was so nervous but my dentist explain everything she was going to do she kept making sure i was ok throughout my procedure and was really gentle and took her time she was amazing couldnt fault her at all .

I’ve been going to Springfield dental clinic for a long time and can honestly say all the staff are professional but friendly. I’ve had a few emergencies over the years with my teeth and always been seen in a timely manner and the care and concern shown has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

I found the service very efficient at reception. My dentist gave useful advice and support with oral hygiene e.g use of teepees
