    I called on 02/03/2024 to book an appointment. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes and there was a message saying I was the first on the queue. When I tried to leave a message, there was a message saying that the surgery was closed. Why not say that from the beginning?! If they can't be trusted in small things like this, then I would not entrust my care to them.

    I was a patient there I contact to book an appointments they told me your no longer a patient here they took me out of the system without notifying me at all and they cut off the phone very rude.

    Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the service received from the practice. Due to current availability of appointments and regular patient needs, any person who has not attended the practice within the last 4 years is removed from the patient database.
