Both myself and my husband have been patients for a long time (more than ten years), as NHS patients and we have also experienced some private dentistry treatment. Today I have had to have emergency dental work and an appointment was found straight away by the helpful receptionist. The treatment I received from my dentist was first class. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such professional, caring dentists and we can strongly recommend this practice. I am hearing impaired and quite nervous due to past experiences and everyone has always been very understanding and gentle. Our dentists are extremely skilled in their work and we have always been very happy with any treatment we have received.

High turnover of staff leads to very fragmented care. Dentists are uncaring and often unwilling to listen or help. Email communication has been proved to be incorrect and when trying to discuss with reception staff they have been very rude.
