Always great service when I attend very professional an also nice friendly people. They put you at ease an help you relax I have a few health problems so need to be stress free. I know I will get good treatment when I attend so I can stay calm an relaxed.

Everyone at the practice made me feel welcome, straight away from the lovely reception people and then my dentist was great, making conversation and telling me what he was going to do beforehand. Made me feel really at ease, and I was super nervous as I hadn't been to the dentist for a decade!

Put me at ease, took time to explain treatment and options. Professional and knowledgeable, caring and compassionate for a private dentist that I saw for root canal

I finally got an NHS slot - my own fault (apparently) because I had been taken off the list for not regularly attending. The dentist that did my initial check was fine and it was he who recommended a crown and hygienist appointment. I agreed and the same dentist prepared the tooth two days later. I had a similar procedure six years ago at the same practice but I do not remember it being as painful or as long to prepare that time. I was being prepared (drilled etc) for almost 40 minutes and at times it was rather painful. Still, it finally ended and I get the crown on 18/10. The current temporary one feels a bit precarious. I also have some local infection in the gum directly above. Not particularly painful but a little unsettling. His closing words were ‘you might need a peg to secure it’. No mention of that previously. So I await with baited breath. The crown from six years ago is still there. I hope this one will last as long. Fingers crossed. (The dentist was a very nice chap though).

Great staff both during the appointment and at reception. Only gripe is that I had the first appointment of the morning and I was seen 10 minutes late. Not a big problem but would've have liked to have known why there was a delay. This doesn't detract from the appointment having gone well
