Went into my appointment on time. Dentist did a thorough check. Gave me options for further treatment, no hassle or pushing to a particular course. Thank you Dr. Gujral.

Phoned for an appointment, just for a quick examination, as I required a new denture, to get a prescription… arrived in plenty of time for appointment only to be told I have to see a dentist not hygienist. Book another appointment with a dentist, had already paid £20 deposit now I have to pay another £65 as a ‘new patient’ not happy. Went back for appointment with dentist. Yes I know my teeth aren’t in good condition, but relates back to when I had a serious accident when a child, I took the full impact on my mouth, so all my life I have been to dentists had to have some serious surgeries, so dentists are like a red flag for me, and always on edge… welcome was ok and questions. I’ve never been through this procedure before so the questions asked about what was needed I couldn’t answer. Yes faults were found, was told I needed to have x rays at the price of £36, I said don’t worry as I’ve already paid enough and with the dentures, if I spent anymore money my husband would go mad, but was told they had to be done for the form to be signed. I should explain we a now both pensioners. I could feel my temper rising. I was shown the X-ray results, and then shown a treatment plan, with the cost of over £1000, and hygienist an extra £70. There’s no way I would be able to afford that sort of price. Not thinking I asked for the form and was told it would be sent by post, I said it needed to be there for Wednesday. It was sent by email and arrived today. I just obviously didn’t fit the demographic. When I got back in the car, I didn’t know whether to scream or cry… I know everyone has a job to do, and I’m sorry I haven’t got a perfect mouthful of teeth, and I’ve paid for that accident many many times, but a bit of empathy wouldn’t have gone amiss.

made appointment for tooth extract that didn't need extracting as pain was caused by infected sinus. Was well explained and I was grateful not to have the unnecessary expense. Advised of follow - up with any problems. Very efficient and nice communication.

I am disabled and received excellent care. Receptionist provided a ramp for the Wheelchair. Both my Dentist and her assistant extremely patient and helpful and encouraging with my difficulties getting onto the couch and getting my head back. I was able to book the dentist for extra time so that she could look carefully at the teeth and clean them saving me having to make an extra appointment to try to see hygienist. It’s so helpful to do it all in one visit.

My dentist is very good I very rarely feel any pain , I had an extraction but never felt a thing . I would highly recommend

We visit Quality Dental Shoreham for regular NHS check-ups ad recently needed additional treatment. An appointment was made for the next day. The reception staff are efficient and dentists and assistants are professional, give clear information on the treatment options, and advice on ongoing care.

my experience at quality dental in shoreham by sea was rather disappointing. i visited the clinic solely for an opg scan panoramic x-ray, which i needed to send to a dentist abroad. while there were a few positive aspects, overall, i can only give this clinic a rating of 2 stars. on the positive side, as soon as i walked in, they were ready to proceed with the scan, which was appreciated. additionally, i did manage to receive the x-ray image in a digital format via email, but only because i specifically asked for it. unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that overshadowed the positives. firstly, i paid the £50 fee in cash but did not receive a receipt. it is standard practice for businesses to provide receipts. furthermore, the personnel in the opg room seemed young and inexperienced. they did not adjust the x-ray scan machine properly to accommodate my height, resulting in the scanner touching my shoulders while it was spinning around my head. this lack of attention to detail raised doubts in my mind about the accuracy and quality of the x-ray image i received. to make matters worse, they printed the x-ray image on a regular black and white printer. the quality of the image was poor, making it difficult to see any details. i would have wasted my money if i hadn't requested a digital copy of the x-ray. additionally, the clinic's old victorian building was in need of renovation. it was evident that maintaining good hygiene levels would be a challenge in such an outdated space. it is quite ironic that they named their clinic "quality dental" when the building itself is falling apart. if you take a look at google streets at the state of the building now to a year ago would demonstrate the extent of the neglect. the missing canopy over the door was particularly concerning. these issues raise doubts about the overall quality and standards of the clinic. in conclusion, my honest review about quality dental in shoreham by sea is that it was subpar. from the lack of professionalism regarding payment receipts to inadequate equipment and poor image quality, i was left dissatisfied. the state of the building only further reinforced my skepticism. it seems this is a big problem in dental care in the uk, which might explain why many brits choose to seek dental treatment abroad.

I had excellent treatment recently both with the hygienist and for a check up with the dentist. Both were very punctual and thorough.
