I was very nervous and the receptionist and surgeon were very good at making me feel comfortable. The procedure was very quick and painless

My dentist was absolutely amazing... i had a tooth removal today and i was terrified. She assured me it would be quick and she didnt disappoint. She was very professional and also very calm and put me right at ease. The numbness wore off and even after 10 hours i literally feel zero pain. Couldnt recommend this surgary ebough, would love to make it my main surgary but i live further away Many thanks for the quick and painless extraction. Massive thank you

Prompt appointment allocation. Good pre attendance details. It would have been nice to have a "hello" off the dental nurse and admin person in the room. Was not put at ease by the staff. Felt part of a conveyor belt. That said the procedure was over very quickly.

Very helpfull, and explained options. Great service of texting you 1 and 2 days prior your visit, to eliminate missing appointments. Allways able to discuss options.

My dentist is very good and my hygienist also. The only thing I don’t like is when you try to book your next appointment while you are at the practice, you are asked to pay in advance which I am not prepared to do that (6 months ahead?) . But you do have an option to book nearer the time with a phone call.

When I got an appointment the treatment I received was absolutely fine. However, I feel the emergency appointment process is crazy. I previously called every morning at 8.30am and couldn’t get an appointment. Therefore I was in so much pain I had to pay for a private dentist to treat my abscess. That is simply not good enough. Please review this policy for future patients.

The calm, friendly atmosphere was my first thought as I entered the building. I was absolutely terrified having to have 2 wisdom extractions. I couldnt get over how wonderfully kind and calming the dentist was. He made me feel at ease, and brave. He took the time to reassure me and really engage making me feel important and valid during my panic. As someone with an irrational phobia of dentists, I absolutely would recommend sands and the staff to anyone. Faultless experience that had me feeling very safe and cared for. The extraction was so fast and painless, I couldnt have asked for better. And a little humour thrown in, I felt very grateful and satisfied with my treatment. Thank you so much.

Despite problems and ensuing delay I was kept informed and up-to-date on the delay and given the option to re-book my appointment. Once seen the dentist was first class.
