The friendliness of all staff. In particular the dentist who extracted my tooth and his nurse. Theymade a pretty horrible event much more pleasant

On my previous visit I told them I was a nervous patient. The dentist was very understanding and put me at ease as soon as I walked in.

Phoned early got an emergency appointment same day, seen quickly tooth sorted and an urgent appointment in couple days for tooth extraction
