Was unable to have treatment as i had a cold sore . I have had treatment in the past with a cold sore ,so i was annoying at not beening treated

This was a regular 6 monthly check up which was arranged well in advance, took place on the date and time arranged and the outcome was satisfactory.

Yet another new dentist I have seen today which is quite a few over the years. All was fine, but then advised a filling had come out & dentist advised he would apply new filling, There was no sensitivity to the tooth, so I wrongly presumed the cost would be under band A, only to be charged for band B £70.70. If I had been made aware of this I would have waited until I required more fillings.

As usual the service was excellent . The staff are very professional and friendly . The practice is very clean and tidy as you would hope and expect in a health environment .

Welcoming reception staff: Dentist and Dental Technician/Nurse very thoughtful, explaining treatment options clearly, so I could make informed decisions; Treatment carried out no issues; follow up advise clear and concise; Good background playlist in surgery ;)

I arrived on time fir my appointment but had to wait 30 minutes. This was not due to earlier sessions overrunning but due to an admin error of reporting my arrival. I had to ask whether as i was being seen after i'd been waiting 25 minutes. For my actual appintment i was rushed in and out in less than 5 minutes. I felt this was inadequate care and did query about having to pay £25.80 for this to reception. The dentist confirmed a full check up and been completed and that a band 1 charge would be required. I was suprised, as the dentist previously has been brilliant with my young children, and myself.
