Im not sure of her name but the lady who does the clean is fantastic. She goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease as she knows how anxious i am about being at the dentist. I still get anxiety but she gives me breaks to relax myself and is always providing me information on how to better my oral health

I was unable to hear properly the dental surgeon who muttered, with a very odd accent, through a mask. Until I asked him to do so, he failed to introduce himself. The receptionist is over-familiar, addressing patients as ‘my love’.

Well i went for a check up at £25.00. She never looked at my teeth . ? She more intrested in reffering me to have a teeth takin out , And reffering me me have a scrape snd polish . For a other £140.00 ?

Made a journey for my appointment, to be told by the dentist he could do procedure , because cement has not been delivered. Should have known this before hand, and then I should have been notified so did not have a wasted day. Not happy at all.

This has been my dental practice for a number of years and I’ve never had reason to feel anything but entirely satisfied with the service I have received. Everyone here works incredibly efficiently in a most friendly and professional manner. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to friends and family
