Friendly staff, advice given to help clean my teeth better. My appointment was on time. It was my first visit to this practice and everything went very well

Seen on time, a quick diagnosis of what needed doing and despite some technical difficulties the treatment was efficient.

The receptionist! She's amazing! Friendly, reassuring and just is lovely to talk to. Give that woman a payrise The actual clean itself - they did a great job but I have sensory problems and it was not a good experience. Not their fault though

The consultation felt rushed from start to finish. I had to ask for a general check up, I’ve got to have another tooth out which I’m really upset about and was asking about options. I didn’t feel the dentist had time to respond to give me any informed choices. I asked for advice on chewing now I’ll have a bigger gap and was told to use my other teeth! I do use my other teeth as the one getting taken out is sensitive to chew on. I just meant with going forward with possible implants, bridges, dentures etc but I wasn’t given any time to discuss this. I brush twice daily, have no additional sugar in my food or drinks and floss at night, I asked how I could care for my teeth better and was told all the above that I already do, however was told to go to a hygienist because of “build up” Overall I feel very deflated coming out of my appointment

Reception staff lovely and helpful. Dentists normally ok. But saw a different one today and he was rude and not interested in you at all couldn’t wait to get you out the room. Didn’t apologise for being 15-20 mins late. Then rude. Not good service

Although i used to be a patient at Hill St in Stapenhill the appointment transfer went without any issue. The reception was very friendly and efficient. My appointment was on time and again very friendly and efficient. The reception area was open and welcoming and the TV screen was informative and entertaining.

She was professional and friendly when i told her i was nervous and scared she gave options to do over 2 weeks and kepr checking if i was ok.
