Was advised how to go about helping my gums with the teeth cleaning in the very near future. The staff were all very friendly and did go above and beyond to explain the treatment I need.

Impressed that appointments are on or close to the booked time, and the dentist's attention during a consultation is focused and "calming"! The receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

The receptionists are helpful & friendly & go above & beyond to find you an appointment in an emergency.. l cannot fault the service & treatment by the dentists themselves.

Managed to get an emergency appointment on the weekend. The dentist was very accommodating and understanding. Upon arrival, efficient receptionist. Meet the dentist who was lovely and very professional. Sorted out the immediate problem to make me more comfortable. He then proceeded to give me the prognosis, the solutions available and his recommendation to discuss with my normal dentist. There is public parking nearby and if it wasn't for the distance (we drive about 30 miles) I would use him again.

My dentist this morning was very rude she was asking me questions how I am she didn’t even turn round to speak to me I actually not impressed with her at all

Extreamly considerate and thoughtful of my circumstances. I.e I have had a stroke and still in pain and they were just brilliant.
