The staff from the receptionist, to the dental doctor and assistant were kind and professional. And it was all over in about 15 min.

Professional to a first class standard, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dentist had an amazing calming and reassuring manner Made me feel completely at ease - all round excellent service from reception to dentist - well done

I was put at ease straight away. So kind and reassuring words was said to me. A truly professional, excellent customer service. A big thank you for putting me out of my pain which I’ve been suffering for a while.

I am so grateful to the staff at Queensway. They put me at ease enough to talk through my concerns but what really stood out for me is that I felt heard and there is a difference to someone just listening, they understood my concerns and then helped clarify things for me and as a very nervous patient that means everything, thank you x

The receptionist was very friendly ad knowledgeable. The dentist was again very friendly and put me and ease and the extraction was the quickest and least painfull ive ever had . Very professional

Apart from the wait which is unavoidable if treatment for patients takes longer than expected, everything was as good as possible for a visit to the dentist.
