The polite and helpful Receptionist (young lady) The dentist was professional and extremely gentle and her assistant was efficient. A pity more appointments are not available for dental health to prevent emergency appointments.

Brilliant care in every respect. I rang at 8am, was offered an emergency appointment at 2pm and received an excellent professional service from all involved - from the receptionists, nurse and, of course, the dentist who provided superb treatment and advice. Thank you all in these difficult times.

The hygienist was brilliant, no issues there. Waiting 15 mins past my appointment time was not so good especially as I received a phone call a few hours before asking if I could go in early (which I couldn’t), how did they end up so behind? Also can never get any NHS appointments for adults or children.

I was pleased to get an appointment as I have been trying a long time but I believe you were having difficulties get dentists I have been with your practice for a lot of years and always had good service. I payed up front for my filling to be done on Thursday 17th Aug 2023 I thought the price of £70-00 a bit expensive but it is a long time since I had dental car. So I may be out of touch with prices.

It was good when we managed to get an appointment sorted. Can only give three stars at it’ll taken so long to sort out. The dentist and nurse we’re both great but it does grind a little that there are so many admin staff about and very little dental cover.

Hygenist was excellent. She explI ed situation . She was extre.ely competent and frie dly. Her assistant was also e cellent. I felt that e erything that could e done to help me was done.
