On arrival the staff are friendly and helpful. You are seen promptly and my dentist is really friendly putting you completely at ease. The inspection was thorough and I was kept informed all the way through. All together a pleasant experience.

I always feel confident and relaxed no matter what treatment I receive. I recently had a tooth extracted which was removed without any problems.

My experience of the dentist I have is he is very gentle and explains well, especially necessary with my elderly mother.

Appointment was for me and my two teenaged children. We were seen promptly and the visit was quick, but thorough. Dentist was very friendly!

The hygienist was friendly and helpful, spoke clearly when I explained that I'm hard of hearing, checked that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Recently took my sister to this practice for a tooth extraction. She is 81yrs old and suffers with dementia, so I was obviously concerned, although I needn’t have been, they were very understanding and removed the tooth without any problem.

I discovered that my records carry a note saying that I cannot climb stairs. This meant that I was automatically allocated a treatment room on the ground floor without having to ask. This will seem a small thing to many people, but not if you are diasbled.

I visited Quality Dental Care for a check up. The dentist was thorough in the examination and followed up with some advice. My family have been with the practice for many years and we continue to experience a great service. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful regarding appointments.
