The reception staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The dental staff were caring, patient and professional. She explained everything I needed to know clearly and checked out I was okay throughout treatment.

Confusion...told my repair hadnt arrived by receptionist and the dentist was off for the day after i spent 40 minutes telephoning and spoke to find this out 50 minutes before the appointment then telephoned back to say my repair had arrived and all of a sudden it wasnt the dentists day off

I phoned up in severe pain and face swelling following a toorh extraction. I was seen on the same day i phined a d given antibiotics.

All the staff are lovely and my dentist is amazing, I had a real fear of the dentist after a few really bad experiences and avoided going for years until I registered here.

Been a patient for several years, the last few years have been prompt and efficient with caring dentists and staff. Marvellous practise stayed open throughout covid taking on patients and risk to themselves. Thank you staff

I have been going to them for years - would not change. My particular dentist and practice nurse are excellent. They listen to your concerns, remember what you have told them. They also have an excellent 'chair side manner'. I would suggest that anyone who is afraid of dentists then they should visit Prescot House Dental Surgery. It is clean, you are never kept waiting long, and are extremely helpful. I initially met my dentist in 2005 when I had just moved back to the area and could not get a dental appointment anywhere. I needed to go to the Emergency Dental Service in St Helens and he happened to be on duty - he took me on as a patient and I have never looked back. The dentist at the time has since moved on however, my current dentist is just as good and is very kind and understanding. I pay for my treatment and, compared to some practices, it is very reasonable. It has always been a popular practice and long may this continue. I would fully recommend this practice and, personally, I would not change.
