Review titled Lack of care
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 02 February 2024
I have contacted the dentist practice on numerous occasions to get an appointment for a reoccurring problem. When they could not give me an appointment they recommended that I get an emergency appointment elsewhere since I needed help straight away. This has happened on more than one occasion. Due to this I have not seen my own dentist for a while. Now I am informed that they have in fact deregistered me from the practice due to not having an appointment in the past two years. The fact I have not had an appointment was a result of their own advice. If I was informed that lack of appointments would result in me being de registered I would have done something about this. It is extremely disappointing that I have been deregistered through no fault of my own after having been in touch a number of times asking for their help.

Besides great service from my dentist today, i note you are improving the surgery overall, which is a good thing. Well done!

I was treated really well by both the dental hygienist and the nurse, unfortunately I get get their names. The whole experience was calm and relaxed.

Nobody at the reception desk on arrival and wait5ed 10 mins before anyone came. Was told we are having our lunch break. Not a good experience. The dentist who treated me was very good, professional, pleasant and understanding of my needs.

Very gentle, and so kind. All of the staff on reception, the lovely dentist and his lovely nurse, they have been wonderful. If I had more teeth I would go back more often X

Always friendly staff, prompt treatment. So much better than the service a few years ago under previous management.
