The staff are very professional and helpful. The dentist that treated me was very nice, explained everything in detail and I was very happy with the treatment

Was seen within 2 days of making my first contact. Dentist was very helpful & advised clearly what he thought would be the best thing to do! My treatment was quick & painless. Would highly recommend this practice/dentist

Very pleased with my treatment for myself and my boyfriend. The staff are great and the dentist himself was very considerate and kept us informed of what was happening

We called 111 on Saturday because my mum had severe tooth ache. 111 said they couldn't help us to find someone ourselves on the NHS website. We found Pitsea dental care. The agreed to see us on Sunday and kindly removed my mums tooth so she could travel that night. They were very helpful and attentive. We were very grateful

My 13 year old daughter was in lots of pain with her back tooth and was not eating or sleeping. I contacted dentist via WhatsApp and it was very quick and she was seen that day and tooth removed next day. I explained that my daughter was autistic And steve was very patient with her and explained as he went along what was happening. All the staff I met were lovely and explained things clearly.

I was asked by the 111 emergency service to contact the dentist near me. I had the reference from 111 emergency service this actually helped in completing the questionnaire they had on the Whatsapp. The rest of the communication continued on Whatsapp which was quicker and easy. I was given an appointment and that was a complete success.

I have been with this dentist for 27 years because I'm always made to feel welcome and they all understand my nerves when having treatment. I have just had a tooth removal it was quick and efficient and they always check up on you after to make sure you are ok. I would definitely recommend this dentist as they are always helpful and willing to fit you in when needed.

I came here after 111 asked me to get in touch and I can honestly say that even after all the panic attacks I had the dentist was amazing with me and was very quick to remove my tooth, would 100% recommend to anyone with any issues with there teeth

I was terrified. Haven't been to the dentist since I was a child, but the pain made me desperate. The staff were lovely and welcoming and I would happily go back.

A quick, friendly and thorough practice. Very happy with the care given. I went in for a check up and was told I've taken good care of my teeth and don't need to go back for a while. The whatsapp appointment service made the whole experience hassle-free.
