Very professional and skilled. They are so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way. Very calming, and comforting as well. From the moment I booked the appointment to the end of my session they have taken care of me so well. It was a stress free experience. I highly recommend.

Gave me an appointment on a Sunday afternoon when no other practice would. My tooth infection had reached my eye and this dentist prevented me getting sepsis. He was kind and caring and followed up 6 days later to check I was ok. This is customer service at its best.

They agreed to see me as an emergency as I’m not registered with them. I needed a tooth taken out and I had an abscess. They was quick and the aftercare I received as well is amazing. They are still contacting me to make sure I’m ok. Amazing staff there.

tooth extraction emergency service was fantastic ,nice staff injections hardly felt them extraction was painless only sore the first night great visit

The staff are very lovely and Welcoming and make you feel at ease would highly recommend this surgery. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other dental surgeries, I was scared about the treatment that I might have to get, but they made me feel at ease.

As someone with dental phobia and after many years of neglect I struggled to find an NHS dentist who would help me, so when the inevitable happened I nervously contacted Pitsea Dental Care and explained my dire situation. Immediately a friendly receptionist put me at ease and booked me in for an emergency same day appointment. From reception to consultation, their professional and gentle empathic approach are second to none. Not only was my emergency taken care of quickly and pain free, but I have also been accepted as an NHS patient meaning I can now get the urgent treatment so badly needed. This surgery really has gone above and beyond my expectations restoring my trust in dentistry.

Exceptional care at Pitsea Dental Care! Friendly staff, gentle dentists, and a clean, modern facility. Appointments are easy to book, and they always accommodate my schedule. I recently had a filling at Pitsea Dental Care and was impressed by the dentist's gentle touch and clear explanations. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the appointment ran on time. I felt at ease throughout the procedure and am pleased with the result. Highly recommend!

I had a really bad toothache, messaged in morning to get an appointment in the evening and ended having to have tooth taken out, now pain free.
