I wanted to set up a dental plan ,and this was done very efficiently by the receptionist , who also explained everything. The waitng area was clean and bright . My check up carried out proffesionly.

As always the service from everyone at Parkway was excellent. But the Dental hub software they use is awful. Very clunky to use (why questions about covid tests and red list countries). Lots of reminders by text and email to make appointments I already have.

I only had a 5 minute wait for my appointment, which was fine. The Dentist explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.

I was due to have my teeth cleaned today but when I arrived I spoke to the Hygienist and told her about an operation I had a couple of weeks ago she was very professional and spoke to the dentist who then said that I would have wait before I could go ahead with my treatment to get the all clear with my consultant at my next follow up appointment in November.

I had fallen behind on my Dental schedule owing to health issues. I’m pleased to say I’m “Back on Track “ now, after very helpful discussions with Reception and The schedule proposed by the Dentist.

We were being seen today by a new dentist as our previous one had retired. I was a bit nervous because of this, but he was very nice and explained fully everything to us. We left very happy.

A great dental practice with very helpful and cheerful front desk staff, my Italian dentist and her assistant are brilliant they make you feel so at ease that you forget your at a dentist. "Well done Parkway".

Had a consultation with a senior dentist today to assess ongoing issues with my teeth and gums. I was very pleased with the advice given and will now be having a consultation and treatment with a dental hygienist before the practice decide on the next course of action. Overall very pleased.
