   I have a phobia of dentists and haven't gone for a couple of years. Tried to book an appointment as I have a tooth that is hurting and they refused to see me and have changed me from NHS to private. Last time I saw them, I complained about the tooth that is now hurting and they refused to fix that tooth but put a filling in a different tooth. I have been with them for 17 years and this is how they repay loyalty.
