As always a warm reception and not a long wait before having treatment, which was a new type, although not too sure about it, it wasn't unpleasant.

The Dentists are very professional and caring, the treatment was always efficient and meticulous. Even the Reception Staff are extremely helpful and made Clients feel welcome.

I am always impressed with my dentist, here at Pan Dental they take the time to explain so that I feel really confident with my treatment. I feel my teeth look great, especially for my age! Thank you so much. My wife thinks I look sexy for my age Yipee?

The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the dentist is also friendly, professional and takes time to explain any procedures, problems or concerns. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment.

All the staff are extremely polite & helpful, the only thing I find a little strange is that they take a deposit for your next 6 monthly visit and then on that day you pay a balance for the treatment you’ve had and another deposit for the next visit , I would like to know in advance my treatment costs

Excellent service. Clear and explanation of procedure and what is required. Gentle approach to cleaning to reduce discomfort. As I confessed dentist phobic, Pan Dental team have eased that fear. Thank you

I joined this practice earlier in the year as an NHS patient. As an extremely nervous patient, I hadn’t seen a dentist for years. I have been shown such kindness, understanding and reassurance by a very caring and patient dentist. Yesterday I had an extraction and I couldn’t have been in better or safer hands. Thank you so much.

I haven’t yet had any treatment but the starting checkup was very promising . The reception staff were very helpful and the dentist was very informative . All in all a very good start and hopefully the start of a long and happy relationship.

I went for advice on how to proceed after a crown broke off. I’m waiting for eye surgery so the dentist explained how that takes precedence and the crown repair can wait. Another crown has since come loose so I will ask for more advice next week when my dentist is back at the practice.
