From the moment i entered i was greeted with a smile ,asked for my name,was directed to waiting room(pleasant surroundings),invited into surgery room -surgeon explained proceedure -was i happy to go ahead-signed paperwork accordingly-actual surgery was first class-and was told throughout what was going on. superb

Overall the reception staff were not inclusive. I am a wheelchair user. The reception desk is very high with a big plastic barrier. The receptionist was sat on a low chair and I was unable to see her. She did not stand up to speak to me. I had to rally strain forwaron my chair to see her. There is no lowered section at the reception desk . I think the assumption was that my husband would speak for me. It would appear you ar le following the medical and not the social model of attitudes towards people with disabilities.

I appreciate the appointment reminders , which are worded tactfully! I recently visited the practice for a check up. The dentist was kind and efficient, and I was seen on time.He also gave my teeth a clean, which was an added bonus.

I was greeted by a very friendly and warm reception team who told me where to go for my filling. The practice is very clean and everything is presented nicely. All the staff had a smile on their face and made me feel safe for my procedure. They were understanding and had plenty of patience. They helped take my mind off the procedure being done and gave me all the information necessary for the aftercare. Overall, a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Attended after referral from my dentist to remove a wisdom tooth which was very painful. The Surgeon was very good and knew his job well. Very fast and painless procedure. Extremely happy with the result.

As usual I wS greeted by a lively, bubbling welcoming receptionist. Appointment was dead on time and treatment was exceptionally good but ivecome to expect that from this practise. Clean, efficient and effective in every department of care from reception to completion. .
