Have been a patient here for a number of years and have always been treated well by all members of staff. I find the treatment is always concisely explained and carried out exactly as advised. Would highly recommend their service.

I attended an appointment with the Hygienist at this practice. Everything went very smoothly and I was very impressed. I would recommend this Dental Practice.

My dentist has been so amazing, carrying out root canal, filing and replacing retainers. In the last three months. Always taking time to explain things and make sure I’m okay with the treatment. The hygienist was also by far the best I’ve ever had. Only complaint is I can’t be taken in as an nhs patient.

Amazing and friendly staff and never let me down.. always helpful and Every time I’ve got booked appointments I always do receive a lot of reminders ( messages, calls or emails) so I never miss out on my appointments. My dentist have always look after my teeth’s for over 16 years and make sure I’m always got them done superbly.I couldn’t ask for better dentist or dentist clinic. Amazing team. Thank you Rochford dentist team.

Visited on Tuesday 16th Nov and saw the dentist and hygenist. Both were very welcoming and friendly. Booked again for another appointment in six months at reception without any fuss. In & out, just how I like it!

I attended Oak Dental for my six monthly routine check up and a session with the hygienist. I was seen promptly for both appointments and was impressed with the usual friendly service. The hygienist was thorough taking almost half an hour but took care to place me at my ease and I could stop the treatment at any time if I needed a break. The check up identified the need for a filling and I was a bit surprised that I was required to pay for this in advance of the appointment which was around six weeks away

Having waited 5 months for a check up and scared of dentists I have to say that all of the staff were friendly and polite. Especially the dentist himself and the dental nursing team.

I was referred to this practice for the first time and suffered with anxiety. The staff are very friendly and professional. The Dentist was very attentive, kind, polite and encouraging. Excellent care.

Having just completed an extensive course of treatment with the resident Hygienist. I found her to be extremely professional whilst making me feel comfortable at the same time, she explained step by step what to expect during the procedures. I felt confident in her ability to complete the treatment to a high standard. I am extremely grateful for hard work and professionalism.
