I find everyone at the practice friendly. My dentist is always welcoming and puts me at ease. I find the appointment reminders and the fact I can complete my forms online before I attend very useful. If you need treatment they do their best to fit you in quickly.

my actual appointment was ok bu this is the second time now I have arrived at this surgery for my appointment time, only to be told it has been moved forward by 20-25 mins without letting me know. Most frustrating when you’ve put a certain amount of money in the car park. This surgery needs to improve their communication!

Me and my family have only recently joined the Oak Dental in Rochford after struggling for several years to find a practice which accepts NHS patients. Since then we each had a routine check up, which was very thorough, but also called on the practice team when me and my partner needed urgent dental care. On every occasion I have found the team friendly, helpful and reassuring, the dentist explained my questions and talked e through the procedure. I felt at ease during the treatment even though I am a very nervous patient. The desk staff are equally nice and accommodating. All in all, a very professional practice for children and adults alike!

Reception staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and explained appointment and charges. I was treated by the dentist and the hygienist. Both were highly knowledgeable, professional, kind and gentle. I was kept fully informed at all steps of my treatments. All staff did everything they could to make my treatment as comfortable and pain free as possible.
