The staff are friendly and patient. The Dentist is very understanding during his treatment. As I am disabled he assisted me in coming out of his chair to reach my walking frame. I only wish in the waiting room there were 1 or 2 roomy chairs with arms, to assist those disabled like myself to rise up from chairs.

Great dentist, sorted out my teeth. Explained everything they did and why it was the best treatment for me. Very happy to have found them. All the staff are very helpful.

I felt at ease walking through their door as I was so nervous before. It had a nice homely feel. Not clinical. I could have been in a beauty salon. My treatment was soon over before I realised.

I visited to have 2 teeth extracted on a Saturday afternoon. I am not sure if I was the last patient but felt the dentist was in a rush to complete the procedure. In my opinion he was very brash in the way he spoke to me and very unsympathetic and did not seem to take into consideration the pain I was in during the procedure. To me he was very rough in extracting the teeth. My wife was waiting outside and as soon as I came out she said she could hear him shouting at me. This is not my normal dentist as I was referred here as an emergency by my usual dentist who is excellent. If I need any further treatment I will definitely not be coming back here.

I had a crown that had previously been fitted decades ago then fell out. I eventually had to have a new one. A great deal of trouble was taken to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted and I’m very pleased with the result. Good efficient service
