I had to have my crown put back in and it was done very quickly nothing is to much trouble very friendly make u feel at ease

I am a very anxious person, however, I try my best for it not too show. Though when in that chair I'm a different person. I am and have always been treated with nothing but kindness and respect from my dentist, she is amazing, patient and you can see genuinely cares. I keep asking for a good girl sticker lol. The receptionists are also just so very patient and kind, especially as I do get the odd dates confused. What a wonderful group of professionals, who truly deserved to be recognised.

Good experience. Had minor surgery and from reception point to end of surgery dealt with in a courteous way by all staff. Dentist and assistant excellent explaining each stage of process and aftercare. Scripts given for what to do during first 24 hours and after that for self care especially helpful.

The dental surgeon carried out a brief examination and then discussed my current problems and the treatment options. It was mutually agreed that just one tooth needed extraction at this time. He explained the potential problems and received my consent to continue. After injecting sufficient local anaesthetic he removed the tooth without my experiencing any pain. Postoperatively I have needed no pain relief at all. Eating and drinking normally after 24 hours.

Always friendly and on time. Helpful and go the extra mile to out at ease. I have condition that makes stairs difficult so always make sure i am downstairs. Good advice always given. Very clean and the reception staff are lovely

This practice has taken great care of my teeth, greatly improved the condition of them. I would recommend them to all. The girls on reception are also very helpful.

From booking, great communication. Had several offers of cancellation appointments, but couldn’t make them so kept original. On-line forms easy to use. Text and call reminders very useful. Practice spotless, staff efficient, polite and knowledgable.

From the moment Oak Dental contact you you know you’re in good hand's. Very efficient receptionist and kind by being understanding to your needs. On the appointment day the dental nurse and surgeon were both fantastic and made an anxious procedure to me go seamlessly, showing just how professional and calming they are. So much so I would look to change to them privately, Thankyou Oak dental for looking after me so well,
