On 11 July I rang to make an appointment to replace a filling that had dropped out. I was asked if it hurt; I said no. I was given an appointment on 29 July, nearly three weeks later. I was charged £65 for an emergency appointment! Also for a temporary filling, and asked to come back for a reassessment and a treatment plan. I strongly suspect this to be a case of extracting the most money possible for a simple procedure. I am a private patient at this practice.
