The receptionists were very polite & very efficient. I went in on time to my appointment. Overall very good service indeed.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming, makes it much easier when doing with 2 young children! Dentists make them feel at ease and are thorough, informative and helpful.

The dentist was patronising and accusatory in attitude. The right equipment was not available but no apology. There was zero communication about treatment plan that day or at the future appt I was asked to book, no post visit care advice given. The team looked like they didn’t want to be there and clients / patients were a real inconvenience. I have no anxiety about dental treatment but really dread the lack of professionalism.

Good service and great staff. But raised issue of the text reminder not mentioning the expected cost as £19 increase without notice is not great.

Dentist was very calm & made me feel at ease! I was in & out within 20 minutes for a wisdom tooth extraction & it was definitely not as bad as I thought it would be. Thank you.

I could not have had a better experience. I went to the appointment 5 minutes early. The dentist remembered from previous visits the history of the tooth. We discussed follow up treatment . Throughout the whole procedure I felt very relaxed and well cared for.

Dentist was brilliant.I hate the dentist but I would be happy to come back to this practice. It’s such a shame that you are unable to take me on as an NHS patient. He explained everything that he was going to do, and really put me at ease
