My dentist mr ankoor rughani is very informative each time I visit, And did good job on a filling I needed. The receptionists were polite and helpful.

My only complaint about this dental practice is the length of the medical history form that I am required to complete every time I visit the practice. I really don’t understand why they can’t hold my information on file, especially in these computer dominated times, and merely ask if anything has changed since my last visit. I can’t fault the staff, or the experience that I enjoy at each appointment, my only complaint is that five pages long medical history form.
