After having a filling, started with pain - was seen within 2 weeks and work on the affected has started, with additional appointment to finalise the work required. Wonderful dentist, very caring and sympathetic, with explanations of options and risks clearly communicated. Assistants and reception staff kind, helpful and understanding. Perfect experience and would recommend the practice every time. Couldn't ask for more from a dental service! Thank you to the whole team!!

Having been a patient here for a while and not having an appointment due to our dentist been unavailable is on "holiday " long term we've had several appointments cancelled I've now got toothache. I have riung for days on end at time stated to ask to be seen and was reassured in an emergency that we would be , however this has not happened and so much for prioritising those patients of this missing dentist ! Appointments obviously have had to be cancelled because of this but to leave people in pain because they are sat in your telephone queue you then say all appointments have gone . You can't get help anywhere else either as your still technical registered to the practice . Excellent service and patient heath compromised

Having needed 5 cavities to be filled, I expected to have a few appointments for my dentist to do the work. However it was all done in one go, and without pain. I am very impressed. The staff were friendly, supportive and explained clearly what was being done. Thank you My Dentist, in Bridlington.

I lost a filling and needed a quick solution prior to a long holiday in 2 days time. My dentist was unavailable so another at the practice sorted me out. I got an emergency appointment and whilst the tooth required a crown so couldn’t be done quickly. I got a temporary fix until I could get back again in 4 weeks. I even brought forward an appointment upon my return to get things moving. Very happy with a quick pain free service. Would certainly recommend this practice

Hi Gabby, You will need to contact the practice directly to book an appointment. The NHS dentist 2 year rule means that you should not go more than two years between dental check-ups. If you do not visit your NHS dentist within this period, you may lose your place as an NHS patient. Kind regards, Julie - mydentist Patient Services Team Leader
