    Appointment was for the hygienist and this was done very painlessly. The hygienist noted a spot on my tongue and arrangements were made to see if there was a problem with a dentist. In 2 days this was sorted and the spot had disappeared. I was very pleased with the care provided.

    An excellent practice, welcoming and polite staff. Spacious ,clean airy facilities. Treatment explained,caring dental staff. A well organised booking system with reminders being sent of next appointment .

    Got a letter saying my appointment is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. No invite to call In and book another appointment. My wife tried to book a check for herself a week earlier and was told the practice is going private as they can’t get nhs dentists. So my letter was no surprise. Will be moving if I need to go private to people that treat you with more respect . I wouldn’t pay private rates to go there they can stick it.

    I have been with this dental practice for 30 plus years as a NHS patient, when trying to book a check up yesterday the receptionist told me that they will not treat me unless I pay as a private patient, not for a check up or an emergency. This sounds very wrong.
