My Dentist makes me feel at ease she works quickly and efficiently. I’ve never been kept waiting past my appointment time. The receptionists are also very friendly. I’ve always been happy with the results of the work done.

Been using Birtley practice for 25 years or more moved to Consett and still come down to Birtley because all the staff are friendly and professional in explaining any work that needs to be done

I have very significant anxiety regarding veneers I had fitted to my front teeth 11 years ago. The nightmare day came where one had broken and requires replacing. I am devastated and this is a massive thing for me to deal with. The dentist managed to fit me in. He professionally helped me with a temporary fix, the morning before a job interview, until I can review in a few weeks time. Despite me feeling absolutely ill, the dentist gave me the treatment I needed and helped me face the treatment required. I do have additional needs and don’t deal with change very well and this dentist is patient and calm and very attentive. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

All of the staff are very welcoming and charming. We have been going to this practice for a number of years now and have been looked after extremely well. A lot of effort is put in to accommodate an emergency. First class service.
